THE GATHERING HOUSE
Nestled among 30 acres is this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom modern rustic home. Within the 4,000 sq ft, the Gathering House includes a full kitchen with a huge butcher block island and opens into the great room, dining area, and patio. The 41 ft enclosed patio features solid windows that frame the serenity of the property with sky-high live oaks and a refreshing pool. The Gathering House can accommodate catered seated dinners for up to 75 guests.
TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE
Bring your family or a few girlfriends and stay in this cozy two bedroom cottage, each room with a king sized bed and private bathroom. For ultimate relaxation soak in the free standing tub in our newly renovated bathroom. This cottage provides the convenience of a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven with range, coffee maker, coffee, and breakfast area.
LUXURY CASITA
Enjoy this luxurious suite with a plush king bed and separate sitting area. This suite comes equipped with all the extra details leaving you feeling pampered and rested. The Luxury Casita includes heat/AC, mini fridge, coffee maker & coffee, hairdryer, iron & board, and a walk-in over-sized double shower. Linens and towels are provided.
TINY HOUSES
Experience tiny house living without giving up the comforts of home in each of our four cozy cabins. Each Tiny House has a kitchenette, dining table, queen bed plus a daybed with a twin trundle, and a walk-in shower. The Tiny Houses include heat/AC, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, hairdryer, and iron & board. Linens and towels are provided. The tiny houses are pet friendly with a max of two pups and a fee per pet.
KING SUITES
Stay in one of our four modern-rustic suites with a plush king bed while nature awaits you outdoors. Each King Suite has a desk, futon, and a walk-in shower. The King Suites include heat/AC, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, hairdryer, and iron & board. Linens and towels are provided. Sit right outside your room to see the garden and hear the trickling fountain that whispers relaxation. One of four twin rollway beds can be set up comfortably in these rooms.

PRIVATE EVENTS
Ideal for retreats, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, showers, and business meetings. Our meeting space, Whispering Vines, can be rented out to host your next event. Whispering Vines includes tables, chairs, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a large TV with HDMI input.
These additional houses can be added to our Main Package for a discount at the time of your booking. The farmhouses can be rented individually without renting the whole property, but you would not have access to the main property pool or amenities.

Located across the street from the main property, this charming and freshly restored 90 year old home sits two acres. The home welcomes you with three spacious bedrooms & two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee pot & Keurig, dish sets, & cookware. The farmhouse dining table expands to seat eight to ten and opens into the living room with a large, comfy sectional, fire feature and TV.
Located across the street from the main property, this cozy two bedroom & two bathroom home is ready to host you. Bedroom 1 has a plush king bed with a large updated bathroom including a shower and tub. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and an updated en suite bathroom with a shower. The comfortable & conversational living area comes equipped with a queen memory foam sleeper sofa, TV and beautiful views of Gathering Oaks. The home includes a refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee pot & Keurig, dish sets, cookware, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Enjoy the eclectic sunroom for coffee, quiet time, or breakout sessions.
UPSCALE TINY HOUSE
The Upscale Tiny House is located in a wooded area near the Tiny House Village and sleeps up to four extra guests. This house has a fun, modern vibe with two bedrooms and one shared bathroom connecting the two rooms. There is a plush queen bed located in the open concept living space, plus a double and twin bed in the second room. The kitchenette includes a microwave, sink, and coffee pot.
