There are several meeting locations on-site ranging from our intimate Gathering House, formal Meeting Room, or outdoor covered Pavilion. The Meeting Room is equipped with a 55" TV, HDMI cord, tables, and chairs.

LODGING
The Main Property accommodations include 19 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged and anchored within a 1-acre circle around a shaded central courtyard. Two optional bedrooms are nestled close by in the Upscale Tiny House. Five additional and optional bedrooms are located in the two Farmhouses across the road from the Main Property.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many people can you accommodate?
Gathering Oaks can sleep up to 80 guests. The Main Property sleeps 52 guests in 19 bedrooms. Additional lodging can be added to sleep an additional 18 guests by renting the Upscale Tiny House and the farmhouses across the street. Ask for details.
Can I rent out a space for the day?
Yes! The Meeting Room can be rented out for weekday retreats or meetings within a one-month window based upon availability.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in the Tiny Houses with a $100 pet fee.
Do you have any handicap-accessible rooms?
We do not have standard ADA rooms, however, we have worked to make our spaces as accessible as possible. We have two rooms with wheel-in showers. There is a shower chair and a toilet chair that can be set up upon request. The Gathering House, one room in Two Bedroom Cottage, and the Luxury Casita are handicap accessible.
