Take advantage of our private Gathering House to come together at the family table and share life's milestones. Get back to nature with our 30 acres of Texas landscape, pool, and outdoor games. Share stories and smiles around our large fire pit roasting marshmallows for s' mores. Add the convenience of private lodging for your loved ones only steps away.
LODGING​
The main property package will comfortably sleep groups of 50 guests and up to 70 guests if additional lodging options are added. We can host 80 for family reunions that include children.
MEALS
The Gathering House has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a large dining room to enjoy all of your meals. If you don't plan to cook, we also have recommended caterers to take care of your dining needs.
MEETING
In addition to casual meeting spaces in The Gathering House and around the property, we have a more formal, indoor meeting room. The room has a bathroom, kitchenette area with a full-size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave and coffee makers. The room can be configured in several ways using our tables and chairs or your own rented furniture.
AUDIOVISUAL​
We provide a 55" flat-screen TV in the meeting room that can connect to your laptop with an HDMI cable. You are welcome to bring your own audiovisual equipment if you have your own tech support.​ There is free WIFI all throughout the property.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many people can you accommodate?
Gathering Oaks can sleep up to 50 guests with 19 modern rustic room selections in our main package. Check out the list of accommodations above. Sleep up to 20 more guests by renting the Upscale Tiny House and farmhouses across the street. Ask for details.

Can I rent out a space for the day?
Yes! The Meeting Room can be rented out for weekday retreats or meetings within a one month window based upon availability. Overnight accommodations can be added as needed.

Do you have any recommended caterers?
Yes, send us an email for our recommended caterers.

Are there any additional activities to add to our meetings?
For an additional charge, we can arrange a private yoga class or murder mystery party for your guests based on availability.
Do you have any handicap-accessible rooms?
We do not have standard ADA rooms, however, we have worked to make our spaces as accessible as possible. We have two rooms with wheel-in showers. There is a shower chair and toilet chair that can be set up upon request. The Gathering House, one room in Two Bedroom Cottage, and Luxury Casita are handicap accessible.
