If you booked an individual room and ARE NOT WITH A GROUP, then you have shared access to all outdoor spaces, but do NOT have access to the Gathering House or any other indoor space.  Fire pit, patio furniture, pool, and outdoor games are all shared spaces. We do not have natural gas and do not keep the hot tub heated 24/7 to save energy and keep things green. If you would like to request a hot tub reservation, October through April, we can warm it up remotely for a fee of $50 per hour. This fee is optional and and covers the private hot tub reservation, extra power and prep, but is totally worth it for that perfect evening dip under the stars!  If you forgot to bring wood, and would like a bundle of wood and a starter log for the firepit, let us know, and maintenance can load it for a $50 set up fee.  It can be lit at your convenience. Do not gather sticks from the property to use in the firepit. Please schedule your hot tub time or request wood by noon. The hot tub takes about an hour to warm to temperature.
